The 360 models are a new addition to the AD fleet - fitted with either a PhotoHigher AV200-360 mount or the AV130-360 these craft open some new potentials for aerial video creativity. The AD-360 series airframes come without the landing gear plates/skids as these are attached to the camera gimbal and turn with the 360 pan.
General information on our AD 360-series air frames
The AD series airframes are complete for self-assembly and are ready for fitting MikroKopter UAV electronics directly – an adaptor plate is available for fitting other avionics like Hoverfly, Open Pilot and Procerus.
Our crafts are a proven platform with many satisfied users around the globe. Made from the highest quality components, UV resistant industrial strength materials and carbon fiber 3k twill (matt finish) durable tubes for the booms offering natural vibration absorption properties. The domes are made of resilient PetG which do not break or crack and an even higher impact version is available, as well as high airflow high impact for increased cooling.
The air frames are featuring mining grade engineering composite engine mounts and internal boom mounting, indestructible polycarbonate gear rail brackets, vibration absorption pads and 7075 (T6) anodized aluminum fasteners – the highest grade of lightweight alloys available.
The modular gear rail assembly allows for fitting different camera mounts for various cameras and applications: via 'camera' on the home page of our website you will find an up to date selection.

Particular details of this air frame
As all of the AD Heavy Lift crafts, the AD-4 Heavy Lift 360 can be fitted with AXi 2814/22 series motors or the MK3638 series motors to fit 12"/13"/14" propellers.
The span width from engine center to engine center is 630mm. The air frame weighs 465g and is able to carry a maximum payload of 1.2kg.
