Orders are usually packed and sent within 24 hours, sometimes this is not always the case due to the time your order is placed or public holidays, however we do send them at the first possible opportunity. If there is going to be a delay, we will let you know immediately.

All orders will be sent using your choice of Air Parcel (via the mail system) or Air Courier (EMS).
They are packed in a small, strong box with foam padding inside.

You may also optionally choose to add insurance to your order.
Our experience is that less than 0.5% of mail goes missing, but for peace of mind it only costs a few dollars and is provided for your covenience.

As part of the ordering process, you will receive an estimate on delivery time in business days. 
Around 90% of deliveries occur well before this time. USA addresses usually takes 5 business days.

If your package is opened by customs officials in your country, this may add some time, however on a small package such as this, it does not generally happen, except for UK which almost always happens and may add several days, as well as a charge for VAT.

When your order leaves our premises you will be emailed an automatically generated email.
